The terms and conditions governing the use of Music Bento services

By accessing or using musicbento.com ("Music Bento", "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Music Bento provides AI-powered tools for generating music, songs, lyrics, vocals, instrumentals, and other audio content based on user inputs. Features may include music generation, lyric generation, editing, storage, downloads, and account-based history access. Service features may change over time.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

Music Bento applies safeguards such as CAPTCHA verification, device fingerprinting, IP-based rate limiting, and automated abuse detection to protect the Service from abuse and fraud. These safeguards primarily apply to guest users and free credit usage. Paid subscriptions and purchased credits are governed by the limits and features of the applicable plan and are not subject to free trial abuse restrictions during normal use. We reserve the right to apply reasonable security measures when necessary to maintain service integrity.
"User Input" means prompts, lyrics, text, settings, reference materials, or other content submitted to the Service. "User Output" means music, songs, lyrics, audio, or other content generated by the Service.
You retain ownership of your User Input and User Output, subject to applicable law. Music Bento does not claim ownership of your generated music, audio, or related outputs.
By using the Service, you grant Music Bento a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and display User Input and User Output solely to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service.
Due to the nature of AI-generated content, User Output may not be unique and may be similar to content generated for other users or existing works. Music Bento does not guarantee that User Output is unique, copyrightable, or free from third-party claims. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before commercial use and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and does not violate third-party rights.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Music Bento does not use private User Input or User Output to train AI models.
Music Bento may store generated media associated with your account to provide history access. Generated content may be stored to provide account history and service functionality. Retention periods may vary based on service requirements and subscription features. You may delete your generated media at any time. Music Bento is not responsible for loss of media after deletion or retention expiration.
Certain features require payment. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, Creem, or other authorized processors. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that access to digital services begins immediately. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

Music Bento implements automated safeguards and moderation systems designed to prevent the generation of such content. Accounts attempting to bypass these safeguards or moderation systems may be suspended or permanently banned.

Music Bento may remove or restrict access to content that reasonably appears to infringe third-party rights and may suspend repeat infringers when appropriate.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Music Bento is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
