Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refund Eligibility

Initial Subscription Purchases

If you purchase a subscription plan, you may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

• The request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
• Less than 10% of the included credits have been used
• The refund will be calculated proportionally based on unused credits
• A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount

If 10% or more of the credits have been used, the subscription is no longer eligible for a refund.

Subscription Renewal Refunds

If your subscription renews automatically, you may request a refund only if:

• The request is submitted within 7 days of the renewal date
• No credits have been used during the renewed billing period

If approved:

• The subscription will be cancelled immediately
• A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount

If any credits have been used after renewal, the renewal payment is not eligible for a refund.

2. Credit Pack Refund Eligibility

Unused Credits

If you purchase credit packs and do not use them, you may request a refund of the unused purchase amount within 30 days of purchase, minus a 5% processing fee.

Partially Used Credits

You may request a partial refund if:

• The request is submitted within 30 days of purchase
• Less than 30% of the credits have been used

The refund will be based on the unused credits, minus a 5% processing fee.

If 30% or more of the credits have been used, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

Credit Validity

Credit packs purchased on Music Bento do not expire and remain valid indefinitely unless otherwise stated. However, refunds are only available within the 30-day refund window described above.

Technical Issues

If a verified technical issue prevents access to paid services and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we may refund unused credits or provide equivalent compensation at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Used credits
• Credit packs where 30% or more of credits have been used
• Subscription plans where 10% or more of credits have been used
• Subscription renewals where any credits have been used
• Requests submitted outside the applicable refund window
• Processing fees
• Promotional or bonus credits

4. Subscription Plan Changes

If you accidentally purchase an annual subscription instead of a monthly plan, you may request an adjustment within 7 days, provided less than 10% of credits have been used.

We will convert the plan and refund the remaining balance, minus the used portion and a 5% processing fee.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact support@musicbento.com and include:

• Account email address
• Order ID or transaction ID
• Purchase date
• Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The actual time may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of Music Bento after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
