- Commercial software

Once commercial rights have been granted to a track, that track may continue to be used under those rights without additional royalty payments to Music Bento.
How Commercial Rights Are Granted
Commercial rights are granted on a per-track basis.
Each licensed track receives its own Commercial License record and may be accompanied by a downloadable Commercial License Certificate.
Commercial rights are attached to the individual track and not to a user's current subscription status.
Subscription and Credit Purchases
Commercial rights may be granted through eligible paid plans, credit purchases, promotional grants, or other methods determined by Music Bento.
When a user becomes eligible for commercial rights:
- Newly generated tracks may automatically receive commercial rights.
- Previously generated tracks without commercial rights may become eligible for commercial licensing.
Eligibility is determined by Music Bento's licensing system at the time rights are granted.
Perpetual Rights
Once commercial rights have been granted to a track:
- The rights remain valid permanently.
- The rights do not expire.
- The rights continue even if a subscription later expires.
- The rights continue even if the user stops purchasing credits.
Commercial rights remain attached to the licensed track indefinitely.
Commercial License Certificate
For eligible tracks, users may download a Commercial License Certificate.
The certificate serves as proof that commercial rights have been granted to the track.
A certificate may contain:
- License ID
- Track ID
- Track Title
- Account Name
- Account Email
- Generated Date
- License Issue Date
- Commercial Rights Information
The certificate is intended for record keeping, project documentation, and client verification purposes.
